Dawa Gyalpo, spokesperson for the six hunger strikers, lay dying on the dirt floor of the small tent which the protestors languished in for 50 days. Dawa's son comforts his father, holding his father hand in one, while holding the Tibetan flag in the other. New Delhi police will break a promise not to arrest the strikers by raiding the camp early the next day. The protestors will be taken to a hospital where they will be force fed intravenously.
